  • Reading Glasses: Please click here and follow some instructions to get your return or exchange label. We offer free shipping and a free one-time exchange in the U.S, within 30 days from the day delivered. Shipping fees on all other returns will not be covered. This does not apply to RX prescription glasses as they are not refundable due to customization, but they are eligible for a free home try-on. Please contact retroce@retroce.com for more details. 
  • Outdoor Readers & Blue+ Readers: Please email retroce@retroce.com within 14 days from the day delivered, to get your return or exchange label.
  • Accessories (e.g., Pouches): They alone are not refundable nor exchangeable.
  • Please note that all items purchased at Retroce.com must be returned to the same location in their original conditions and packaging. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once returning items have been received.
    Any items purchased from a third-party retail store is not applicable for a return or exchange through Retroce.com
